When referencing Lytro trademarks and registered trademarks, always include the proper notation after the name and logo, which in some countries is ® for registered trademarks and ™ for trademarks. If your use is in Australia, the European Union, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealandor Singapore, you must use the ® symbol after Lytro. If your use is other countries, you must include the language “Lytro is a trademark of Lytro, Inc., registered in multiple countries.”
When describing a Lytro product, Lytro must be used as an adjective and not a noun. The phrase “the Lytro camera comes in a variety of colors” is correct usage, while the phrase “the Lytro comes in a variety of colors” is incorrect usage. However, using Lytro as a noun when referring to the company itself is correct, such as “Lytro has released new features for its light field camera.”
As between you and Lytro, Lytro is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the Lytro trademarks. You will not delete, alter, or obfuscate any proprietary legends relating to the Lytro trademarks.
